| Terms and Conditions All equipment is sold on a fourteen-day trial unless otherwise stated at time of order. You can return your goods at any time during this period in pristine condition in its original packaging for a refund if it is not to your satisfaction. Funds may be deducted from this refund if the equipment or packaging is defaced, damaged or soiled. Carriage charges are not refunded unless the equipment is found to be faulty. All equipment is guaranteed against defect for a year from invoice date, and may be returned for repair or replacement (at our discretion) free of charge during this period. Phone numbers and email addresses for any customers contacting us or ordering through the website are stored automatically. Billing and delivery addresses are also stored when placing an order through the site.This information is used only for replying to the communication, and processing orders.
