A weatherproof external PIR sensor / transmitter with a 400 - 500m transmitting range. Housed in a rugged fully gasketted enclosure with a UV screen for optimum false-alarm immunity. Runs on a pair of internal AA batteries, that will last 12 - 18 months in most applications.
There are two coverage patterns available, 20m wide-angle and 30m narrow beam. The 30m beam is our most popular sensor, ideal for driveways, gateways and perimeter protection. The wide-angle versions are particularly good for inside farm buildings and around diesel tanks.
