Low-current Single-channel receiver

Identical in appearance and function to our standard single-channel receiver, but configured to draw almost 90% less current in standby. This makes it ideal for applications where no mains power is present, and the receiver is to be supplied by a battery.

A metal-cased receiver with a built-in 105-decibel buzzer (about the same volume as a smoke detector). Supplied with a 12V mains adaptor and a 400m stub aerial. The receiving range can be increased to up to a mile using a stronger receiving aerial from our accessories page.

There is no limit to the number of sensors that can be used with the single-channel receiver, although no indication of which sensor has been triggered will be given. If such indication is required, you should choose our 8-channel receiver.
