12V charger for active IR beams

A 12V plug-in charger for the active solar beams. These can be used either to boost the sensors if they're struggling for charge in the winter or if they're mounted in a very shaded location, or as a permanent supply if the sensors are mounted in easy reach of a mains power socket.

Complete with a 5m DC extension cable.
