In the rare instances where the transmitting range of the FarmGuard system isn't quite enough, this unit is sited between sensors and receiver. It will receive transmissions from outlying sensors, give them a boost and relay them on to the receiver in the house. Typical applications would be where a remote steading a mile or more from the farmhouse needs protecting, or where the signal path between a sensor and its receiver is badly obstructed.
Note that this unit is for indoor use only, and requires mains-power.
